For 'sitching' together the indivdual frames for the animation I've been using Windows Movie Maker. The
ouput is in 1080p which is ok for plasma screens up to 60". I'm looking for something that will allow for
a much larger screen size. Is there anyting out there that will do this without costing a small fortune?
Or is the solution as simple as using PS7 to increase the dpi then 'stich' it together using WMM or GIMP? Although
it seems that WMM has a fixed value for the dpi in 1080p. Any thoughts?

I think increasing the dpi of frames must help...Have you tried this yet?
