Yez, I'm in too. Great to have this new forum! Hope you'll bear with me - both for sometimes clumsy language (I'm danish) and for ignorance (I love to fractal but I'm definitely more creative than practical)
cu all.
best, maria

Whoa, it's been ages since I've used a forum... sure brings back memories.

Nice to see this place finally up and running!

That was Zen but this is Tao.

Hi Mark,
I actually like this format better than the old list format.

Hi everyone! My name is Jackie and I am pretty new (6 months) with Apo. I was told by a good friend of mine about this forum and I couldn't be happier! So thank you mark for putting this together and I promise I won't become a pain and ask tons of questions lol

Have a great night!
Jackie

Thanks for your support, everyone.

As I write this we've reached 100 registered users. Not bad. There were 835 subscibers to the mailing list, but most were lurkers (and some were probably wondering, "why am I getting all this email?"). It was a bit of a chore posting invites to so many (not that I did it one at a time), and I may have missed a few.

I have a few ideas for improvements (including an aesthetic upgrade) but it's not going to happen all at once.

Forum Organization

Postby AtoZ » Wed Mar 16, 2011 2:52 am

A thought about the organization of the forum discussion/topics: I would suggest that in addition to the General Discussion area, a separate discussion area be set up for each of flame generators. Then within the flame discussions there could be topics such as "For Beginners," "Tutorials," "How Do I...?," "Scripting," "Look at My Latest Flame," etc.
On my way from A TO Z
I often end up AT OZ
