Apophysis memory expansion?

So I have a computer with 12 GB of RAM and when I got Apophysis the first time I was psyched because it should render super fast. Well, obviously it doesn't render 12 gigs fast. Is there any talk of Apophysis being able to handle more RAM soon?

Unless you're rendering large-dimension files, RAM makes no difference to rendering speed. Multiple cores do increase rendering speed, but not linearly - moving from 1 to 2 cores gives roughly a 1.6x increase in rendering speed. I'm not sure how much RAM Apo will work with under OSes later than XP though. For further information on rendering, consult my Rendering optimisation tutorial:

2 GB RAM MEMORY for my dell computer? That is would much help if I add on my computer after accept all sims 2 to play? My computer is very low memory - I am about buy for 2 GB RAM Memory really high so?? Sims 2 game would accept?
