hi! I've just downloaded and run the Apophysis for the first time, and I'm already lost!!
Seems that I didn't get a "help" file. How can I fix this so that I can start finding out how to make it all work? bob

Hi Bob, check out the resources thread HERE. Depending on which version of Apophysis you downloaded, there are many online tutorials. Welcome!
