List index ouf of bounds (-1) error msg

could anybody please explain? i am using apo 2.09, windows 7 64bit. got a new hardware, now having 16gigs of ram, yet apo sees only 4 (and only 1 if i try to use it with compatibility for other systems). tried to use apo 2.02, no luck. anybody can help please?
